Product description

The Carro Armato P40, known as the "P40" or "Carro Pesante P40", is an Italian heavy tank developed towards the end of World War II. Although its production began late in the war and was produced in small numbers, the P40 represents the pinnacle of Italian tank development during the conflict. Due to its late completion and limited operational capabilities, the P40 saw limited action, mainly on Italian soil and under German commands following Italy's armistice with the Allies.

Basic details:

  • Deployment: Shortly before and after the Italian Armistice in 1943, mainly on the Italian mainland.
  • Country: Italy

Possible uses in tabletop games:

  • Bolt Action: As a heavy tank for Italian or German Axis powers.
  • Flames of War: Can be used as part of the Axis forces in late war scenarios.
  • Chain of Command: Offers interesting possibilities for late war scenarios with Italian or German forces.

      Hints

The miniatures come to you unpainted and some of them have to be assembled yourself - a little superglue can work wonders here! Sometimes there may be small residues or slight damage caused by the support structures, but unfortunately these cannot always be completely avoided. But don't worry, this won't affect the quality of your model.

However, it should be noted that due to the 3D SLA printing process, slight distortions (up to 1mm) may occur on larger parts. However, these small imperfections are easily repaired with modeling putty (Green Stuff).

It's just a small part of the process that gives your set a unique character. Have fun painting and assembling!

Even though the figures are great to play with, it is important to remember that they are not suitable for small children. There is a risk that small parts could break off. Miniatures should not be viewed as toys.
